Investment agreements 

1.    You must provide proof of your identity.

2.    You should have the money clear in your bank account and able to make a check investment on the name of the Company.  As the world is moving, to make everything easy, we also accept almost all popular platform money moving like Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, all major credit cards and debit card..

3.    All investment can be terminated at least after 1 year and 3 days after the investment. 

4.    To terminated, Investor should send a notice letter 6 months in advance to the Corporation, and wait for the Corporation to process the termination.   

5.    A buyer cannot buy over 15 shares in a year without other investors consent for investor’s protection. 

6.    If an investor wants to sale their shares, he/she should communicate that to the Corporation first.

7.    An investor can also pass their shares to any qualified person he/she wants to with no obligations. The investor will only send a request letter and the beneficiary’s information to the corporation and wait for verification of identity of that person. If the person pass successfully the verification and qualification process, a confirmation of congratulation letter will be send to the investor.

As a Company we reserve the right to terminate at any time employees that don’t follow our rules and regulations. 

EQUIPMENT PROTECTION

Employees are responsible to protect equipment they use with care, destroying our equipment will result in immediate termination. We also reserve the right to charge bad employee the repair cost.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

All employees are required to treat customers with love and respect because they are the Boss and we work for them, make sure our customers feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Disrespect a customer can result an immediate termination.

COMING LATE OR NOT SHOW UP AT WORK

Work is not a game, you cannot do whatever you want, and all employees are required to follow rules and regulations. Employees should show up on time or 15 minutes an advance. If for some raison you’re coming late or cannot come to work, make sure you call your manager and the coworker in post to notice them about that. Excessive coming late or not show up to work will result termination.

ROB / CRIMINAL ACTION

Our company has a no tolerance policy for any criminal activities. Any personnel that violate our rules and regulation will face immediate termination, followed by law enforcement intervention.

STAFF CONFLICT

It’s prohibited for employees to fight or make hard dispute in our workplace; any problems should be reported immediately to the office manager. In the event were unable to reach a resolution, third party intervention will be contacted.

FRAUD

It’s prohibited for an employee that works within our organization to use our platform to do personal job, side jobs or to communicate outside the office with customers will result in immediate termination.

PAYRATE INCREASE

Raise based on performance is reviewed on an annually bases, only the company can decide. Any employee that requests a raise will be suspended or terminated. Employee can only request for additional hours.

PROMOTION

Promotion based on performance and discipline, only the company can decide who to give promotion. Staff members cannot request for promotion. Failure to follow this rule may result in immediate termination. The company can also use competitive methods for an elevate position.

BORROW/REPAYMENT

Any amount borrowed from the company will be deducted automatically from your salary.

ALTERCATION BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE

It’s prohibited for an employee to engage in conflict with customers. If a staff member is unable to resolve a customer’s concern. Assure the customer that you will contact them with a response later in the day or connect them with office manager for more information.

RELATIONSHIP AT WORK

It’s prohibited for a couple to work in the same shift to avoid fraud, fight, dispute and sexual activities at the work place. Failure to follow this rule may result in immediate termination.

PHONE CALL INTERACTION

When communicating with customers, if you put someone on hold, make sure to return to the person on hold. No customers should be place on hold unless to provide immediate response or answer a question. Always call customers by their name. In case of loss communication, call the customer immediately to say sorry for the loss communication, make sure you don’t forget the reason for the call.

WORK STATION CLEANING

 Employees are responsible to always clean the work station and make sure everything is sanitized for employees and customers safety.

VERBAL ORDERS

Superiors may ask you to do a task outside of your job duties you must complete the task. If you are asked to complete an unusual task and you think maybe fraudulent; you should call the main office immediately.

ACCIDENT AT WORK

At work, sometimes accident happen, if you accidently break something, do not keep it secret or accuse other people,  Report that immediately to your superior. It’s also required to all employees to report any unusually activities to the main office. If you see something says something.

SLEEPING AT WORK

It’s prohibited to all employees to sleep in our work place after starting a shift; employee can sleep in their car before clocking or after clock out. It’s also required to all workers not leaving the work place between a shift with out proper autorisation.

VACATION

The company authorizes 14 days’ vacation a year, and 5 personal days for employees.

HOLIDAYS

We respect all national holidays and considered days off.

WORK TRAVEL

We move employees from a branch to another branch even from a country to other countries.

SICK DAYS

We authorized 4 sick days a year, go over 4 days with no hospital proof can result in termination.

PAYMENT

We do Payment on the 1st and 16th of each month. You will get your first payment at the end of your contract with us after you return equipment and uniform. We pay on an hourly pay rate.

Drive for Web Transportation

1)      You must have at least 18 years old or plus and have a clean and valid US driver’s license.

2)      You cannot have any criminal background record.

3)      You must understand and fallow all government rules and regulations traffic.

1)      You must be excellent in customers services, treat people with love and respect. Remember the rider is boss.

4)      Have a car with insurance coverage and valid tag on it.

5)      You must dress and drive professionally. You must also keep yourself and your car clean.

6)      You should always focus on the road when driving.

7)      In case your car broke down, you must call customer service immediately.

8)      In case a passenger disrespect you and you want to terminate the tripe, go to a gas station, and Call customer service immediately for help.

9)      In case a passenger forgets something in your car, report that immediately to customer service.

10)   You are responsible for the passenger safety. Make sure you pick up and drop off the passenger safely.

11)   You cannot rob or touch passenger, you cannot go your own way with the passenger without permission.

12)    You must avoid all conversation that can open dispute. Remember, front sit for you and back sit for rider.

Passenger responsibility:

It’s very important to confirm your trip with customer service (561) 502-1436) by phone call or text messasge for security reason.

1.       Love and respect is a requirement for everyone, please do not create any trouble or open any dispute in our platform.

2.       Your satisfaction is our priority; always give us a chance to make you happy.   

3.       When you use our platform, if you don’t feel safe, you can reject or terminated the trip. Charge may apply.

4.       Payment should make in advance before the trip get started. We accept all major credit and debit card, we also accept PayPal, venmo, CashApp and Cash.

5.       In case of accident, the car insurance company will be responsible for all expenses.

6.       Lost and found, in case of loss, the rider should call customer service to report that and wait for 1 to 24h to get answer.

7.       In case of trip cancelation or not completed, rider should wait for the trip calculation team to calculate the charge, cancellation fees may apply as well.

8.       Charge base on distance and time. A miter maybe use for calculation.

9.       We are not responsible for any not found reported item lost.

10.   You cannot cancel a trip for color, ethic or race of a driver. Discriminate someone will remove you from the platform. We have no place for discriminator and arrogant.  

11.   Late pick up may apply discount for the rider.

12.   Rider should report to the driver any item found on the back sit or under the front sits.

13.   We reserve the right recording video and audio for security.

REMINDER

An employee is a part of the company; you can be with us forever if you respect our rules and regulations. The best way to make it happen is applying love and respect in whatever you’re doing.
