Conditions: 

1. You must prove your identity.

2. You should have the money clear in your bank account and able to make a  check investment on the name of the Company. As the world is moving, we also accept almost all popular platform money mooving like Zelle, Paypal, CashApp, Venmo, all major credit cards and debit card  just to make evryting easy.  

3.  A buyer can not buy over 15 shares in a year without other investors consent  for investors protection. 

4. If an investor want to sale it shares, he should communicate that to the Corporation first.

5. All investment can be terminated at least after 1 year and 3 days after the investment. 

6. To terminated, Investor should send a notice letter 6 months in advance to the Corporation, and wait for the Corporation to process the termination.   

7.  An investor can also pass their shares to any qualified person he/she wants to with no obligations. The investor will only send a request letter and the beneficiary’s information to the corporation and wait for verification of identity of that person. If the person pass successfully the verification and qualification process, a confirmation of congratulation letter will be send to the investor.

Profit made par the Company

• Any profit made on the name of the company should be shared as follow:

Example: 100% profit equal to 100 Shares, the more shares you have, the more profit you received. Whoever makes a profit on the name of the Company and rob other people portions will be removed from the Company no mather what his/her position, there's no place for robbers in this trusted Company.

• Inventory 

    We do clear inventory  accessible to all investors at the end of each month.

• CONTRACT

All contracts should be approved and signed by the CEO of the Corporation. Any contract made without the CEO Knwologe is a fraud and violators will face consiquences. We have a zero tolerance policy.
